Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the product is received, without stating a reason.

4.2 How to Exercise the Right

You must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within 14 days. A standard withdrawal form can be requested.

4.3 Return Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• The customer bears return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed

4.4 Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

4.5 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Sealed items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Shipping Areas

We currently ship to Norway and selected EEA countries.

5.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

5.3 Delivery Time

Typical delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.

5.4 Customs & Import Fees

For deliveries outside Norway, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

5.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Complaints & Consumer Rights

6.1 Defective Products

Under the Consumer Purchases Act, you may have up to 2–5 years to submit a complaint about defects, depending on the product type.

6.2 Resolution

We will repair, replace, or refund defective products in accordance with Norwegian law.
